1) We got an upgrade once we arrived. 2) Breakfast was good and varied.
We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is very welcoming starting from the car park to the room. The staff are very friendly. Love their gym, pool and room. We were comfortable that we dont want to leave the room. Room service was superb. Over all stay was an excellent stay!

As usual this hotel exceeds the expectations... The staff is great especially Mr. Ahmed in the management usually takes the time to say hi and make sure everything is ok... Great place if you are a business traveler and want somewhere central and good access...

The location only
I really enjoyed our stay, the pool was amazing, the room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The only issue i faced was with the towels. On the first day they were in the room, but on the third day, after cleaning, they were taken and not replaced. I asked three times, and each time I was told they would be delivered, but they never arrived. In the end, I had to buy my own. Hopefully, this can be improved, because everything else was perfect.
